TYPE S5 - TRIMMED
Sunburnt reclaimed wood, trimmed
Our sunburned reclaimed wood – type S5 – is trimmed on both sides and planed to a uniform thickness. Therefore the planks can easily be mounted.
- Type of wood: spruce / fir / pine
- Colour: mixed shades of brown
- Strengths: planed to approx. 20mm
- Widths: mixed
- Lengths: 1.5 – 4.0m
- Surface: brushed
- Treatment: kiln dried
- Trimmed on both sides
- Optional: fixed widths for the push-to-push installation
- Optional: cut to fit

Sunburnt boards originally come from old stables, farmhouses and barns. Depending on the orientation of the building towards the sun or weather side, different colorations of light to dark brown have developed on the surface over time. This structure is absolutely unique and not mechanically reproducible!
