Information on Delivery of Brenners Altholz by Freight Carrier:
You will receive a message from us as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Transit time from the moment the shipment is handed over to the freight carrier is approx. 2-3 business days within Austria, approx. 3-5 business days to Germany and other EU and non-EU countries (Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, etc.), but may be extended in exceptional cases.
The obligation to unload the goods lies solely with the buyer/recipient and must be carried out by them without delay upon the arrival of the carrier’s vehicle at the unloading point.
The buyer/recipient must, at their own initiative and expense, provide the necessary labor and equipment (forklift, etc.) required for unloading the goods.
The executing freight carrier neither assists with unloading nor provides unloading equipment.
Please note that delivery of the goods to the delivery address cannot be made by the freight carrier in the following cases: The delivery address is located on or can only be reached via a street designated as a traffic-calmed area / “play street”, and/or
The delivery address is located on or can only be reached via a street where access for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 40 tons is prohibited, and/or
The delivery address is located on or can only be reached via a street narrower than 3.25 meters or at a location along the route where passage at the time of delivery is restricted to less than 3.25 meters by obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site, and/or
The delivery address is located in a dead-end street.
When the goods are delivered, it is required that you are personally present at the delivery address.
In the event of obvious damage to the goods, please accept the delivery and document the damage with meaningful photos. Send the photos to us immediately and briefly describe the damage. We will take care of the rest.
