Shipping Costs and Information on Online Orders

You can conveniently order our reclaimed wood from home in our online shop. Please note that free shipping to Austria and Germany applies only to selected items. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery for online orders is usually carried out by a parcel service. When the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from us for shipment tracking.

Larger items such as reclaimed wood kits or wardrobes are shipped by freight carrier and delivered using a tail lift. When the goods are delivered, it is necessary that you are personally present at the delivery address.

In the event of obvious damage to the goods, please accept the delivery and document the damage with meaningful photos. Send the photos to office@brenners-altholz.at immediately and briefly describe the damage. We will take care of the rest.

If you have a reason for complaint, please send us an email at office@brenners-altholz.at stating your order number.

Please do not send goods back without prior arrangement, especially not freight collect – we usually find a better solution together. We are very interested in a sustainably good relationship with our customers.
