Reclaimed Oak Three-Layer Panels – for furniture and wall cladding with authentic oak
For reclaimed wood three-layer panels, a thin layer (lamella) of the reclaimed oak surface is carefully cut from old beams, boards, or floors, then pressed onto panels under high pressure and subsequently glued. The surface of genuine, old oak can be used timelessly in any environment, making our three-layer panels ideal for wall cladding and furniture making.
Details and availability of the 3-layer reclaimed oak panel
The surface of our reclaimed three-layer panels consists of 100% genuine reclaimed oak. The panels are heat-treated and pest-free according to ISPM 15. They are available in lengths from 200 cm, a fixed width of 122 cm, and a thickness of approx. 21–24 mm. By default, they come with D3 gluing; alternatively, we also offer D4 gluing. In addition, you can choose whether the backside is also made of reclaimed wood lamellas.
Every panel made of authentic reclaimed oak is unique – old oak shows strong contrasts ranging from light greyish brown to dark brown, often within a single panel. Nail holes, cracks, knots and discolorations shape its character; individual spots are professionally patched with reclaimed wood. As second-hand material, reclaimed wood is subject to variations in dimensions, structure, color and texture. Even after installation, the panel reacts slightly to humidity.
